This is a private, invite-only, skill-based competition operated by Optivus Primus ("we", "us"). By submitting a request to join and participating, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

2. Eligibility

3. Entry Fee & Payment

Participation requires payment of a season entry fee, which will be communicated to approved participants prior to the start of each season.

To help cover ongoing operating costs, an optional donation feature may be made available. Any donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

4. Prize Pool & Payouts

A portion of the total entry fees collected each season will form the prize pool, distributed to top finishers at the end of the season. The structure and payout percentages will be published before each season begins.

5. Charitable Giving

We are committed to giving back. A portion of each season's entry fees will be donated to a charitable organization selected in part by the season winner. St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the official charity partner of the PGA Tour, is among the organizations we support.

The specific donation amount and recipient will be announced at the conclusion of each season. The season winner will be given the opportunity to select the final charitable recipient from a shortlist we provide.

6. Pick Rules & Scoring

Detailed pick rules, scoring methodology, tournament classifications, deadlines, cut line handling, withdrawal policies, and bonus/penalty structures will be published in the Official League Rules prior to each season. By participating you agree to be bound by those rules as published.

7. Conduct & Fair Play

8. Privacy

By participating you consent to the collection and use of your personal information (name, email, phone number, Venmo handle) for the purposes of administering the league, processing payments, and communicating with you. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.

9. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to their winnings in accordance with the laws of their jurisdiction. We do not provide tax advice. Participants with questions about the tax treatment of winnings should consult a qualified tax professional.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation. Our total liability to any participant shall not exceed the amount of the entry fee paid for the relevant season.
